Pest protection
The UltraFlat Commercial Sliding Door range was designed with jamb in-fills and end caps to conceal all cavities. The quality, commercial-grade finish of our sliding doors acts to reduce insect and dirt build-up, while an internally concealed weather flap reduces air and water infiltration which also limits insect intrusion through drain holes.

Hardware
AAA’s UltraFlat Commercial Sliding Doors feature Centor Architectural hardware that ensures smooth top-rolling operation regardless of inward or outward stacking configurations or odd or even number of door stiles. Our sliding doors allow architects and designers unrivalled design flexibility and the freedom to achieve large expansive openings whilst also offering a weather-resistant and wheelchair compliant sill to AS1428.1.
Our premium Weatherseal technology keeps the elements out and tyred floor guides, that are neatly concealed beneath closed doors, allow for smooth and effortless gliding. Our Top Hung Sliding Door systems also feature colour-coded glazing wedges for ease of identification, heavy-duty frames, and single and double glazing options.
Screening Options
Our UltraFlat Commercial Sliding Doors feature an extensive range of screening options. Our sliding door screening options not only include standard fibreglass and aluminium insect screening, but also the latest technology in high visibility screening using BetterVue® and UltraVue® screening to maximise your view.
Testing and Compliance
The UltraFlat Commercial Sliding Door range has undergone extensive independent NATA accredited cyclonic compliance testing to ensure structural, water and debris impact performance requirements for cyclone regions C and D.
In addition to meeting cyclonic compliance standards, our aluminium sliding door systems have been fully tested to meet or exceed both Australian Standards AS2047, AS1170, AS1191 and AS3959, and Bushfire Attack Level 40 (BAL40).
